*Introduction of Admin Fee for Fiat (SGD) Withdrawal
With effect from 10th July 2019, an admin fee of SGD100 will be charged for fiat withdrawal requests made by accounts without a minimum of SGD1,000 trading size (Fiat-Crypto).
Example 1:
Andy deposited SGD2,000 and has completed orders amounting to SGD1,000. Subsequently, Andy withdraws SGD1,000.
No Admin Fee is charged. Andy receives 1,000 X 99.7%* = SGD 997 in his bank account.
Example 2:
Betty deposited SGD3,000 and has not completed any orders. Subsequently, Betty withdraws SGD3,000.
Admin Fee is SGD100. Betty receives (3,000 X 99.7%*) – 100 = SGD2,891 in her bank account.
Example 3:
Chris deposited SGD3,000 and has completed orders amounting to SGD650. Subsequently, Chris withdraws SGD1,000.
Admin Fee is SGD100. Chris receives (3,000 X 99.7%*) – 100 = SGD897 in his bank account.
* For normal members there is a transfer fee of 0.3% via Strait X (Xfers direct).

Just like SGD and the mentioned examples, An admin fee of USD100 will also charged for fiat withdrawal requests made by accounts without a minimum of USD1,000 trading size (Fiat-Crypto).
