There are 2 ways to deposit USD Fiat Currency into Tokenize Xchange –

i)  Bank Transfer

ii) Swap from Stablecoins and Vice Versa

 

1. Bank Transfer

Step 1: Select Wallet > Fiat and Spot from your dashboard.

Step 2: input USD under the search box and click on USD and Deposit :

If you have yet to submit your bank account details for verification. Kindly click on Manage bank account to fill in the required information.

Input all the required information with the asterisk *, upload your bank statement, and click Add Account at the end of the page once essential information is provided/uploaded.

A statement summary of the bank account will be shown on the top of the same page with the status showing as Unverified.

Once the bank account details are approved, the status will turn from Unverified to Verified

You can follow the steps below for an actual USD fiat deposit:

Following the previous steps 1 to 2 again, you will arrive at the below page. Click on Direct Bank Transfer

Select the Funding source from the drop-down input the Amount to deposit and click Request Deposit

Step 3: Take note of the below pop-up and click Confirm

Step 4: The dashboard will show the necessary information to transfer into your Tokenize Xchange account.

*Please note that the minimum transfer for fiat USD deposit is USD 10,000. Please click here for the USD daily transfer limit.

Final Step: Extract the above information and paste it into your verified bank account for USD transfer and send in one transfer with the same amount as per the deposit request with the memo indicated.
