Network Selection

Kindly check the recipient wallet’s network carefully before proceeding with the transaction. As some coins require different networks, selecting the wrong network may cause your coins to be lost.

Once a transaction is on the blockchain, it is impossible to reverse the process. Tokenize Xchange will not be able to recover the lost tokens and will not be liable for lost coins sent to an incorrect address and/or network.

Tag or Memo

Do note that some coins require a tag, or memo for a successful transaction, such as XLM and XRP.

They will need to be provided if requested at the receiving location.

For users who have transferred into Tokenize Xchange with a missing tag/memo, additional steps have to be taken to ensure that the coins will be credited to the correct account.

For possible recovery of incorrect or incomplete transfers, there will be a charge of $200 or 20% (whichever is higher) incurred for each transaction.

Deposit Crypto:

After logging in, click on Wallet then Fiat and Spot

Search for the token in interest and click Deposit on the right

Select the network in place:

The corresponding address will be generated.

Withdraw Crypto :

2FA will need to be enabled for all crypto withdrawals, you can refer here to how to do it if you have yet to do so.

Depending on the receiving location, do note that there are 3 modes of whitelisting process:

1 – To centralized provider/exchanges

2 – Instant verification to self-host wallets 

3- Manual verification to self-host wallets

All new withdrawal addresses will need to go through the standard 24-hour whitelisting procedure before actual withdrawal can commence.

Basic whitelisting process for new withdrawal address

(applicable for all 3 modes of whitelisting process)

After logging in, click on Wallet then Fiat and Spot

Search for the token in interest and click Withdrawal on the right:

Click on Address Management:

You will come to the below page and click on Add Withdrawal Address:

Below pop-up will appear and click Continue:

Input your Address Label and choose the correct network (if applicable) and then the Address:

As you scroll down further there are 2 type of Select destination type, Centralized Provider and Self Host wallet:

Browse through and refer to the step that is applicable to your withdrawal location:

1 – Withdrawal to centralized provider/exchange

Input the Recipient’s full name, and choose the correct VASP from Select Recipient’s VASP. Once the information is correct, tick on the checkbox Yes, I own this account  if the account belongs to you, then the checkbox  I agree to the terms below and click Submit

Below Security Verification pop-up will appear, click on Get code and a code will be sent to the email that you registered for your Tokenize account. Input this and the Google Authentication Code as well and click Submit.

This is the last step for the whitelisting process for address to centralized provider/exchange do allow 24 hours for the whitelisting process to be completed then you can initiate an actual withdrawal.

2 – Instant verification to self-host wallets 

Click on Instant Verification and click Connect and Verify

Choose the wallet of your choice below:

Follow through the process:

Once the verification is completed, click on the Submit button:

The Security Verification pop-up will appear, click on Get code and a code will be sent to the email that you registered for your Tokenize account. Input this and the Google Authentication Code as well and click Submit.

This is the final step for whitelisting process of address using instant verification to self-host wallet do allow 24 hours for the whitelisting process to be completed then you can initiate an actual withdrawal.

3- Manual verification to self-host wallets

Copy the numerical message given:

Next, proceed to sign in to the wallet and connect to it:

After you have the connection done, proceed to input the copied message and Submit follow by Sign:

Copy the message that appeared in “sig”:

Go back to the last page of your Tokenize withdrawal section, input this address, and Verify message:

The Successfully verified icon will appear when verification is successful and you click on submit:

The Security Verification pop-up will then appear, click on Get code and a code will be sent to the email that you registered for your Tokenize account. Input this and the Google Authentication Code as well and click Submit.

 

Note for signature verification on Trezor wallets below are 2 reference on how the signature is to be extracted.

For Withdrawal of BTC:

This is the final step for the whitelisting process of address using manual verification to self-host wallet do allow 24 hours for the whitelisting process to be completed then you can initiate an actual withdrawal.

To create an actual withdrawal when the 24-hour whitelisting is completed (applicable for all crypto withdrawals)

After you have logged in, click on Wallet – > Fiat and Spot:

Click on Withdraw on the right of the token of interest:

Click on the Dropdown on the right of the box under Recipient SUI Address, select the address that you newly added earlier, and input the amount to withdraw under SUI Amount and click Withdraw

The Security Verification pop-up will appear, click on Get code and a code will be sent to the email that you registered for your Tokenize account. Input this and the Google Authentication Code as well and click Submit. This is the last step for crypto withdrawal.

**Do take note that it will take an average of 12 – 24 hours for a withdrawal to be processed. An email will be sent to you once your withdrawal is completed.**

New Internal transfer features 

From one Tokenize account to another Tokenize account:

By email address:

Click on Email and input the recipient’s email used to sign up for their Tokenize account.

Input The Amount and click on Send:

Click on Get code to retrieve the verification code sent to your email, input the 6 digits from your Google authentication code, then click Send.

There is no requirement for the user’s receiving address and there will be no fees deducted for these transfers.

By mobile number:

Click on and input the recipient’s mobile number that is used to sign up for their Tokenize account.

Input The Amount and click on Send:

Click on Get code to retrieve the verification code sent to your email, input the 6 digits from your Google Authentication code, then click Send.

There is no requirement for the user’s receiving address and there will be no fees deducted for these transfers.

Direct withdrawal to Elemint wallet:

Feature is only available for ETH, TKX, USDC and USDT tokens.

The process is similar to withdrawal via mobile number. There is no requirement to whitelist the Elemint receiving address and there will be no fees deducted for these transfers.
