Here is a step-by-step guide on how to withdraw fiat on Tokenize Xchange.

SGD withdrawal

Step 1: Click on Wallet, select Fiat and Spot, then click on the Withdraw button.

If this is the first time you withdraw, the dashboard will show information that is requested to connect your StraitsX account to Tokenize. Kindly link your bank account by keying in your OTP and clicking on “Receive OTP“.

2. Withdrawal SGD via Direct Bank Transfer (Exclusive to Premium and Platinum users only)

Step 1: Select Direct Bank Transfer and click on the funding source, the verified bank account number will be shown for withdrawal.

If this is the first time you withdraw via Direct Bank Transfer, kindly link your bank account by selecting “Manage Bank Accounts“. You are required to upload bank statement to verify and link the bank account.

Step 2: Key in the amount you wish to withdraw and select Request Withdraw to proceed.

Step 3: There is an additional security requirement in which an Email verification code and 2FA code are needed. Kindly key in both to complete the withdrawal steps.

For USD withdrawal

Step 1. Click on Currency to reveal the drop-down menu.

USD users: Click USD US Dollar, and choose “Bank Transfer“. The dashboard will show your funding source. If this is your first time doing the bank transfer. Kindly click on “Manage Bank Accounts” to fill in your bank information.

Input your bank name, account number, upload your bank statement, and click on “Add account”

Step 2: After adding your bank account, input the funding source, key in your withdrawal amount then click on “Request Withdrawal”
